I know not everyone wants summer to end, and if you know me at all by now, I've been rambling over the years on and on about how summer is my favourite season and how I am the most summer-child of them all. And even though we didn't get enough of that this year, we even missed out on an entire spring, I'm somehow looking forward to this autumn. Or maybe I just want this year to end already so we can start fresh. Hopefully, magically, after this December, everything will be over, all at once, like waking up from a bad dream, and we can all get on with our lives. Well, that's just the dreamer in me, the realist just knows differently. We will just have to see. Until then, I've prepared something colourful for the eyes, to divert us from what's happening, and so I've got these two lovely portraits with people road-tripping through mountains and forests, people together at a wedding, drinking, having fun, shaking hands and dancing... you know, some nostalgia of how things used to be before all this.
