the christmas portraits
Have a holly jolly Christmas, it's the best time of the year. I'm in full preparations for the holidays while still working on a few projects left for this year. Can't believe the year is almost over and I'm right back where I started, with a lot of work left unposted. For example, one of these portraits is actually from last year's Christmas. Somehow, I think it fits more today than it could have in January. You got to find a silver lining in everything, that's what I always say.
So without further ado, let's dive in into today's post. It's about the spirit of Christmas, the joy, the cosiness, the family, the tree and the presents but also the chaos, the work, the cooking mess, the running around... it's so exhausting yet wonderful. And also, it's been a couple of stressful years, we find very little to be grateful for lately, but that very little is the most important bit.
Hope I'll get to write another post before New Year's, if not, Happy Holidays everyone!
