the tiny humans

These two portraits are of my favourite tiny people in this entire world. The first one is my little nephew, Levi. We call him Levimic, which translates to Little Levi, so the title is pretty much self-explanatory. This illustration is almost one year old, since I gave it to him for his second birthday, and he's almost three now. I'm not gonna go into crazy aunt mode, but I guess that you can tell just how much I love this kiddo. And I'm quite furious with myself that it took me this long to post this. But anyway.

The second illustrations is of my other favourite tiny human, one of my best friends and sister in height, Alice. She's a tattoo artist and I'm extremely proud of her for stepping out of the norm to pursue what she loves. And I've watched her grow (no pun intended) along this journey and she's pretty awesome. She also scaled this portrait up, to life size (or even bigger), and took it with her at a tattoo convention, I'll find the photos and put them up on my Facebook page. So you can check them out there (not right now, but somewhere in the near future... hopefully).
